When arriving to the studio please be sure you have made an appointment with us and received the access code.

Please use any of the props or furniture in the studio. Everything has wheels and should be easy to move around. Please be considerate of furniture and the walls when moving things around. Holiday sets are permanant and cannot be moved.

If you need to add time to your original reservation, please reach out to the team.

At the time of departure, please organize and put all furniture and props in its original place. Clean up any trash or food used in sets. We have brooms, mops and trash cans available.

Liberty Light Studio – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your session.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Liberty Light Studio reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies, weather, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Studio Use

• Clients are responsible for treating the studio, furniture, props, and equipment with care.

• No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or open flames are permitted inside the studio.

• Glitter, confetti, paint, smoke bombs, candles, or other messy materials are prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained.

• Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas.

• Clients are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition in which it was found.

Damage Policy

• The person who books the studio is financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or anyone in their party.

• Damage to furniture, backdrops, walls, flooring, props, or equipment may result in repair or replacement charges.

• Excessive cleaning required after a session may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Time & Access

• Rental time begins at the scheduled start time and ends promptly at the scheduled end time.

• Setup, decorating, and cleanup must be completed within the reserved rental period.

• Overtime is subject to availability and may be charged at the current hourly rate.

Guests

• Only the number of guests included in the booking may be present unless prior approval has been given.

• Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

• Pets are only permitted with prior approval.

Photography & Content

• Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or releases from individuals participating in their session.

• Liberty Light Studio does not guarantee specific photography results or outcomes.

Liability

• Clients use the studio and its amenities at their own risk.

• Liberty Light Studio is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen items, or damage to personal property occurring during the rental period.

• By booking the studio, clients release Liberty Light Studio, its owners, employees, and representatives from liability except where prohibited by law.

Studio Rules

• Music must be kept at a respectful volume.

• Furniture and props may only be moved with care and must be returned to their original locations before leaving.

• Any decorations brought into the studio must be removed before the end of the rental.

• Nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, or backdrops without prior approval.

Right to Refuse Service

Liberty Light Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking if guests violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, create unsafe conditions, or damage studio property. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Photography by Liberty Light Studio

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Liberty Light Studio may photograph or record the studio space during sessions for marketing purposes. If you prefer that images from your session not be used, please notify us in writing before your reservation.

Agreement

By booking and using Liberty Light Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
